The Uttarakhand state team won four gold medals and three bronze medals at the All India Civil Services Athletics Meet Championship held in Patna, Bihar from December 13 to 15, 2025.

Under the auspices of the Secretariat Athletics and Fitness Club, as in previous years, a 26-kilometer race will be held on January 25, 2026, the day before Republic Day 2026, with participants carrying the national flag.
30 officers and employees of the Secretariat will participate in the race.
The race route will start from the Secretariat, go through Rajpur Road to the Shiva Temple, and finish back at the Secretariat.

The 5th Inter-Departmental Athletic Meet, organized under the auspices of the Secretariat Athletics and Fitness Club, will be held on February 22, 2026, at the athletic field of Maharana Pratap Sports College, Raipur.
